1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Air Medic LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

Air Medic LLC provides professional HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered during installation or repair. We will always communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Warranties

We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all repairs. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature.

5. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or inability to schedule future non-emergency services.
